The International Air Transport Association (IATA)

The International Air Transport Association’s (IATA) Carbon Offset Program enables IATA airlines to offer high quality offset services to passengers. TAP Portugal

TAP has had its carbon offsets approved by the UK Government’s Quality Assurance Scheme for Carbon Offsetting. TAP was the first airline to launch the IATA Carbon Offset Program. The Program went live on the 5th June 2009 (United Nation’s World Environment Day).
